about us
the start of project kk kart racing was started in 2001. kevin and i decided to stop racing late models and sell everything we had . with this we started projectkk kart racing which my son zach seel started racing for us. it started a bran new area of racing for us and a legacy to my children and family. along time ago it all started on a race trackin moscow mills (61 race way) Never realizing that the one day it would be the starting point of some of the most sucessful drivers we have and know today and racing for us.,so lets o back to where it all began, one of our family and friends(Ron Barker) was trying to fullfill his dream of being a race track owner and suceeded by building and owning his ownshop and racetrack(61 raceway) , my beliefs and i still believe to this day that 61 race way open alot of doors for the good drivers we have now that race with us my son(zach seel)(Tony Hopson) myself and my brother kevin adney and also Sloppy Joe among many, unfortunately the track was short lived with that we ended up racing at Greenvile (Bever Creek track) in 2002. Zach was such a gifted driver we new from the start that when he would get into a go kart that he would be the next big thing in go kart racing history winning his 2002 championship in (jr1) with this we could see his great potiential as a great race car driver then he started to dominate different racecar tracks we went to such as runing the Burris shoot out to Tunica Nationals . with this all in to play zach dominate the race tracks in our local area ,also winning the 2005 jr 2 championship at bedrock raceway winning the Road America super nationals in WI . also in 2007 he decided that it was time for a change so he went into the outlaw class ,with the help of his grandfather (Tom seel) when these two paired up they one many races at several different race tracks and also winning the 2007 Junkyard championship . zach is now pursuing a career w/ the army and is leaving soon we all wish him well , his brother (kyle seel) and his cousin (TJ) will try to fill his shoes we already see a [potitential with his brother and cousin i feel in my heart as i see we will have a great teem this yr but will keep zach in our prayers as he fullfills his dreams
